How do pickup windows work?

Pickup runs in 2 hour windows across the day. Pick a window during booking. The customer app and backend confirm the slot is open before the order is created.

How fast is delivery?

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from pickup to redelivery. A 24 hour rush option is available at an extra fee, selected during booking.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Wash and fold per-pound has a 15 pound minimum. Bedding, dry cleaning, commercial, and Airbnb linens use flat per-item pricing with no minimum count.

Who qualifies for the special rate?

Verified students, teachers, healthcare workers, and seniors get the $3.10 per pound rate on wash and fold. Standard rate is $3.19 per pound. Verification is requested during booking.

Are all prices public?

When does payment happen?

Cards are saved at booking but not charged. After delivery, the order is invoiced and the saved card is charged for the actual amount. There is no upfront charge.

What happens if my card is declined?

No automatic retry. We email you to update the saved card and any recurring schedule pauses until the card is current.

How does a recurring schedule work?

Pick weekly, biweekly, or monthly during booking. There is no contract, no monthly fee, and you can pause, skip, or cancel any pickup. Each pickup is charged after delivery, like a one-time order.

Do I need an account to book?

You can start the booking wizard as a guest. Email verification and a saved card are required before the booking is confirmed.

Do you send text messages?

Email is the default for confirmations and updates. SMS notifications are an opt-in preference for booking confirmation, driver-on-the-way, delivered, and payment-failed events. Toggle SMS on in your profile.
