Booking saves a card via Stripe SetupIntent. Nothing is charged at booking. The 15 lb minimum applies — orders below the minimum are billed at the minimum.

Staff weigh the laundry after pickup and record the weight. Scale photo proof is kept on file. Per-pound services capture the actual weight × your rate × any rush surcharge.

After delivery, the order is invoiced and the saved card is auto-charged for the actual amount. 24 h rush adds $15.00 CAD. Failed payments do not retry — recurring schedules pause until the card is updated.
Laundry care
Wash and fold is for everyday fabrics that can be handled plainly. The care notes keep the standard route honest: detergent, temperature, delicates, and scent requests are named before pickup instead of hidden behind fine print.
Standard loads use a measured detergent dose so clothes come back clean without a heavy scent. Hypoallergenic detergent and scent boosters can be requested at booking.
Everyday cottons, towels, and household basics stay in the standard wash path. Care-label uncertainty, suede, embellishment, or dry-clean-only garments belong in the dry cleaning catalog.
Fabric-softener perfume is not used without a request. Add scent preferences in the booking note before pickup.
