Phase 0 scope
English is the only full public site language in Phase 0.
Dirty Laundry Co. is not operating a full French public site in Phase 0. This route exists so crawlers, QA, and future translation work have a stable home without sending visitors to a broken page. The English site remains the source for service details, pricing context, pickup timing, support options, and quote requests in Ottawa. Use the links below when you need the current customer path. Home gives the full service overview, pricing explains the public bag and per-pound structure, and contact is the route for questions that need a person. That choice is deliberate: one operator should not publish partial translations for policies or payments before they have been reviewed. A short stub is clearer than a half-translated booking promise.
Translation roadmap
Full French translation is planned for a later content task.
The later French content pass should carry the same accessibility target as the English site: WCAG 2.1 Level AA for AODA, visible focus, plain labels, and calm service wording. The register in PRODUCT.md still applies when translation starts. Until then, use the accessibility statement for the current customer-facing commitments. The language switcher stays disabled so visitors do not expect a translated booking path today.
